Overall I was not impressed with The Horseshoe Casino hotel from now I will only stay at the GoldStrike where i know the quality of the rooms are excellent. The room was not clean and bathroom vent has not been touched in ages (looked like it was growing fur), small bathroom for a room with two queen beds, white comforter was stained in more than one spot, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, cheap coffee maker, loose power outlet connections all over the room, and the room was very dusty. You can hear the doors from other rooms closing (slamming) all day and night. On Sunday, April 23, at approximately 4:04 a.m.
The room we were given was on the second floor and the walls are paper thin.
